Also, if you look at the actual measured T/S parameters you can see they are different drivers. The Xcon has a higher Q, lower Fs, lower Le and higher Mms. Plus the Xcon has slightly more linear excursion and I believe higher thermal power handling as well. It is still an Fi copy with a couple alterations. Coil is different, suspension is different, magnet ID is different, dust cap is different, gap is different, pole piece is different, back plate is different, cooling is different. He doesn't say, and I don't honestly know. I'm guessing you don't either. So it appears both you and he are basing that on nothing more than the outward appearance of the motor. Even if the outward dimensions are similar doesn't mean they are identical. T/S parameters show they aren't identical. Thermal power ratings show they aren't identical. The voice coil, gap geometry and pole machining and other features are what matters in the motor, not how similar they look externally. Yes, there is going to be some similarities. That doesn't make them copies. I don't understand why you feel the need to bring this up on a weekly basis? We get it. You think they are copies just because they are built at the same buildhouse, even though they are clearly not identical drivers. Did you do this to Sundown when they were using off the shelf boards? Follow Jacob around and post in every thread about how it's a copy of XYZ? Do you tell Kevin at Skar about how similiar his subs are to Sundown because they are designed by the same person? Or post in every Arc thread about all of the other brands that use their boards? Or is this a special fetish you have for SSA?

All the people that showed up to Slam.. all the others that didn't, etc.. Don't worry if one pic can't get everybody in, we can get multi pics and i can edit them in place. For those who do not live near Indy, can you send me a full body pic from head to toe so I can work on moving it into the pic? I want to build a massive group pic representing IAK along with the build i'm nearing to completion soon this year. Effort was over 100% given to me as well to others at the show and throughout the life of IAK and much is appreciated.

I wouldn't pick any drivers that don't list T/S specs / no frequency response graphs. You need to be able to figure out a rough estimate of their usable frequency range, so you know what other drivers to pick that will "mate" well. IE: Driver A has a decent FR from 80hz to 400hz, so then you'll be looking for Driver B with a decent FR around 400hz to etc. Your going to want some headroom for picking your crossover points, but using three drivers each with a wide bandwidth (big FR) isn't exactly wanted either. The installation type (door, pods, vented kicks, etc) will also effect the FR, just something to keep in mind. You've already attracted people that know a thing or two about "SQ" setups, so don't be too stubborn about what they suggest.

Well today was 102 degrees. Managed a 159.5 at an official Usaci show on TL. My best official score before was 157.9. That's what counts. Pretty big gain.

The only person making it an issue is you. The only person bringing it up on a weekly basis is you. The only person posting it in every thread about SSA subwoofers is you. The only person who fails to understand they are not rebadged Fi subwoofers is you. The problem.....is you. Nick's post above demonstrates that they are not copies as the differences he outlined are everything that matters in a subwoofer, and proves you are wrong. That is coming straight from the guy who built them. Now if you could kindly wipe the sand from your vagina and stop bringing it up constantly as you've just been proven wrong, that would be great.

A few quick notes guys! My eXplorer did 25mpg and reached 500 miles on ONE TANK!! This was to NC and back. To pick up that check from Blinky Also, same trip, 17hr round trip, Full blast, got home, Zcon Cap was luke warm Start apprenticeship Wednesday at a Custom Car shop!! Won 2nd place at car show today, MECA event tomar Will be ordering Two d3100s from Tim VRY soon hehe

Gcon will kill the P2. I have a P2 (came with my boat) and it's a complete POS. Then you need to work on your midbass as that will be the problem otherwise kiss SQ out the window. Front stage is where you make an SQ setup work, the sub is the easy part. The P2 has enough output I am sure to blend with what you are currently running so until you upgrade you'll miss out on a lot of output

Sup Family, I was finally able to get that money that pucking owed me from that stetsom 10k. earlier last week, the detective told Blinky that if he didn't have the money by that friday, he will have a felony on his record. So magically, he had the money lol. But the only thing was, that I had to drive down there to NC to show ID and to pick up the check. So this is what happened. Wednesday night, I worked from 11pm-7am, then drove to NC as soon as I left work. Got there, cashed it. Drove back home right away, got home around 3am. Then Friday morning, I went to get my headlights blacked out, didn't have a ride home, while the work was being done, so I stayed the entire time. Didn't get done to 7:30. After that, went to wash my car, and got home around 9pm. Theeeeen, had a car show this morning, left the house at 8:30, and then now i'm here at work, since 3pm-11pm. Damn its been hectic. On the way to NC, I was getting, around 21mpg. I've been having anti-freeze problems lately. So when I get there, I changed the thermostate. After that, on the way home, i was getting 24.7mpg!!!! I got 500 miles on one freaking tank!!! Thats just, ungodly to me, lol, coming from a shitty 96 explorer. Lol, another funny story though, there was a guy with a pickup truck in front of me, on the highway, were traffic was going like, 2mph for whatever reason. And, I was playing some song, The Motto, and, lmao, the guys back window was busted out, and he replaced it with some plexi-glass. Well, my nasty ZCON was flexxxing it! I couldn't believe it. Here we are, on the highway, windows wide open, and this guy's window in front of me was flexing from my bass. I was just like wow lol. Hows everybody else doing? Hows everybody's builds coming along? Chuck, Chop, David, Shizzy?

I'll have more pics tomorrow at the show. Hopefully a video of a 160+ and blowing the windshield the rest of the way out. Right now its just 2 big ass cracks at the bottom. I was able to stop before it finished itself off. Jons about 30 minutes out so I'm about to get my drink on. In second thought I might go snap a pic now.
