    If autozones batt tester passed it.. then again.. something is wrong in your car. If they are just going off voltage then they didnt test it. A batt cant go from good to bad to good. From what you tell us. Autozone tested it to be good. A load test will verify this and a charger will too. A charger wont charge without faulting if batt was bad. Some info is missinf in this story or something is bad in vehicle.

    If the article was read in detail, the author discusses it has a great deal to do with the specific crossfit gyms and their "coaches". It is a rampant issue with these crossfit gyms of over training and bad form. This is just a solid article discussing one of the main issues of these many sub-par crossfit gyms. So in this case, yes, blame crossfit and the crossfit coaches.

    No it will not "give" you more voltage. What the larger wire does is allow the electrical current flow with less restriction/resistance, allowing you to use the full potential of your supply. Which in turn can help in preventing voltage drop if your total current draw is enough to cause strain on the stock sized wiring/system.

    Not for nothing but the one gym I visited was "teaching" clients to swing their back during a deadlift ... Not that it would lead to injury but I'd prefer to keep my vertebrae right where they are ... I understand that there are some stout individuals that "train crossfit" ....     There really is no standard of quality in the Crossfit brand. All a gym has to do is pay the fees and pass a very simple test to become a Crossfit franchise. There are some really great Crossfit gyms and there are some really lousy Crossfit gyms.

    with a good electrical yes they are, these amps have always been good below 1 ohm so I don't why not
