Zed and MMATS make a great quality product and build them here in the USA. But what you need to know most internals of an amplifier are globally manufactured. It is very hard to get anything electronic that is completely made in USA. Soundqubed and Sundown along with my own brand Synergy Audio have our amplifiers manufactured in Korea. Why? Because imo Korean built amplifiers offer the best in engineering, manufacturing quality and reliability. I know Synergy Audio selects the components that are of the highest quality and tightest tolerances in their respective price range. Imo customer service is what sets most comparable companies apart. At 11 years old my golden labs hips hurt her so bad in winter. She has been peeing on the snowy end of the deck instead of going down the stairs. I don't blame her. She sees me piss off the edge of the deck all the time.

Telling him to adjust his subsonic without knowing what his box is tuned to is asking for trouble. However, if you can take measurements of the box, width, height, depth, and port dimensions, including length, and area, we can probably help you figure out if that's a safe option. Can't hurt seeing as it doesn't cost a cent

If it was my money I would get the sundown amp. For a sub I would grab a Xcon or a Zcon.

That is the DCR rating, not the impedance. There is no such thing as "box rise", only an impedance curve as it both rises and falls... You can model or measure to see what load your amp sees. The DCR has little to do with the overall load, the enclosure plays the major role....

Looks like I will be changing to the v.2's in the near future. Pricing going to stay the same?
