kerf city USA broke a lil bit but fuck it ill glass over it and smooth it back out, did what i wanted it to do, took shape of the B-pillar roof getting stronger, 2 layers thick here final beauty piece to go in, in the AM relocated the rear AC controls to under the dash since his overhead console would be no more easy peasy 3 layers in the middle, 2 in back, 1 in the front, now the beauty panel will cover all this up and transition well.. roof ready extending all the wiring.... fun............... tucking away all the harness foam more foam moaaaaaaaaaaaaaar foam oh and my TFE came in for my personal build so really happy about that. ill post a build log soon

This is a huge build.

Far from ideal but so much better than it was before: It was completed two weeks ago but I forgot to post the pictures. The other side is under surgery now. The crap-work done by the germans some time ago is unbelievable. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel ! ! !

RECONES are in! D.7s, gonna be built up strong with alot of goop on the triple joint to prevent premature failure

some more updates! 2 layer thick loading wall with doubled up port as well now to cut the all thread and paint it red, hey that rhymed False roof.... just say yes to PL 3x, hey that rhymed too... im on a roll clamped for a few hours to dry

mas progress...... 1st of 3 coats 2nd 3rd coat, 3/4 all thread installed 4th and final coat, just need to cut the all thread flush and paint it back wall in, removable, has a 2x4 frame it screws too.. studded up, 2.25 thick back wall hmmm
