Ran my 18 UFO btl in my old 97 Tahoe. Think the box is around 8 cubes tuned low 30's. Absolutely love it. Only amp it's ever seen is a saz1500. I have plans to install it into my newer 03 Tahoe soon. Wish I would have bought several when they were available new.

I bought a xscorpion pack of those plastic panel tools from sonicelectronix. I hate them. They bend when you apply pressure. Haven't re bought but I'll be looking for a set built stronger next time

SMD has rotted your brain. All you had to do was ask a more specific question and not be such a know-it-all and you could have got the knowledge needed to design your enclosure properly. Love my 80prs. I don't care for the Bluetooth streaming on it. Switching between the USB cord to my iPhone brings the quality up drastically from BT.

No doubt clamps make it easier, but can be done without.

Building a box is fairly easy if you have the tools. As shiz said. You can get by without a table saw or router. Measure twice, cut once. If you can cut a straight line with a circular saw you can more than likely construct a box. The design and specs of your box will be important. Watch a YouTube video or something. I think everyone should attempt their own enclosures at some point.

My friend did that in my old s10. Shut the door on his index finger it latched and was locked. I had to run around and use the key to open it. No clue how he did it. His finger was tore up lol. Lost the nail and everything.
