Should I get an RF T1 12" for this price?
Actually, from what I hear the DCONs are pretty durable little bump-fiends... How big is the box? As long as the enclosure isn't too big, they should handle the power if you watch the volume and gain knobs Wait a tick, I see 1 cuft per sub sealed. They'd be fine

Sundown customer service 2nd to none!
What a company man! If only all businesses could take a note from Sundown. Sure it wouldn't be very efficient for every Microsoft customer to rap with Bill Gates about their problems every day... But he sure would get a crap ton of rep for that! lol That's why smaller companies like Sundown are nice. Of course Sundown wouldn't be so great without Jacob, regardless of size, so more props to ya!

Sundown customer service 2nd to none!
Sundown CS is the best! I've been bugging Jacob with all sorts of questions about my SAZ-1000D and I just got an email from him replying to one of these. At the bottom of the page it says "sent from my blackberry as I am out of the office" or something to that extent. Basically, instead enjoying his free time away from annoying customers such as myself, he is helping me out! Sundown FTW!

Are mids and highs next?
It would be totally sweet... Hey, if there are already drink coozies, then why not?

is a Fi Q 18 right for me?
IMHO, the people who really truly need a Q are SQ nutcases! lol (not knocking Q buyers at all, excellent sub for an excellent price) A BL is the sub for you. It will sound great, no worries about that, and pound in a properly sized and tuned enclosure.

(2)12's xcons or icons
Oh and if any weird gunk starts dripping out of your ears when you are listening to your new XCONS, don't worry: Your ears just reached that special moment and... Well you know... Either way, just get a tissue and keep on jammin' out!

4ohm stable mono block amp with subsonic filter
Here are some pretty pictures lol. Wiring configurations

4ohm stable mono block amp with subsonic filter
Oh, well I guess no one did... To wire parallel, (for 1 ohm), go negative to negative and positive to positive.
-
4ohm stable mono block amp with subsonic filter
You want to wire parallel to get 1 ohm and series to get 4 ohm. Wire parallel to get the most out of your amp, (assuming it is 1 ohm stable). Someone already replied didn't they... dial-up: not so much...

BL or SSD
Could that be you? OP, both subs are capable of getting painfully loud in the proper enclosure with the proper power. If you are going to compete and throw a chitload of power at whatever woofer it is, then get the BL unless you are going over 2000 watts... Then go on up to the BTL. However, if this setup is for your listening pleasure alone, then as everyone has pointed out, specific goals would be helpful.

Vented or backseats?
^^^The man said it; he's still trying to help you achieve your goals, so I'd pay attention; he knows WTF he's talkin' bout.

15" xcon house build??
why are there 8 cuts of wood when there would only need to be 6 cuts???? Double baffles perhaps?

Vented or backseats?
Jeez, he's got 25 cubes if he tosses the back seats, how much room do you need? M5, why not 28Hz? I understand that with an SQ oriented setup, the front stage is way more important, but why not that tuning if it is not an SQ only setup?
-
Vented or backseats?
If you have the room, my vote is definitely for the big ported box. 28Hz sounds good.

Vented or backseats?
what kind of car do you have? I thought I read in another thread you have a celica, but if you have two 18s this must not be the same car...

XCON 15" or Fi BL 15"
If you go the Z15 route, you have more than just the 4 cubes you were talking about to work with, right?
-
XCON 15" or Fi BL 15"
I don't know about that dude, I have my BL at 29ish Hz and she goes up to the highs and down to the lows without a problem. 100-20Hz sweep is gnarly sounding.

sa-10 box help
I see... Said the blind man to his deaf wife who was listening to the radio. Thanks for clarifying... Guess I'm sitting at like... 30-31Hz for my box then... Oh and sorry for getting off topic OP, not trying to thread-jack or anything.
