  1. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!
  2. to SSA!!!!
  3. yeah i have enough room lol i have a 10 inch box behind my seat lol with room to spare and those 12s are only 6/4 deep Depth for the drivers is NOT what is required for room. To answer your question you first should post the maximum size box you can fit. And 6.5" deep for a driver + pole vent clearance 1" + MDF front and back 1.5" + excursion clearance 3" = 12" depth, but again that is unimportant as volume/cubic feet determine what you can run. For instance, keeping everything else equal an 8" sub in an optimal box will be louder than the same series of sub in a 12" size in a box that is too small. Install is EVERYTHING and that means building a box that is specific to your drivers. Box first, ALWAYS. ^^^^What ///M5 said!!!!

    Welcome!!!!
  6. I have used that program and selecting the "# of port walls" changes the outcome of the Net Volume and the Tuning Frequency so check the Help section of the program for more info.
  7. Sounds like your plan is coming together, waiting for pics and the start of your build!!
  8. Looks sic!!!! Got Power??
  9. to SSA Forum!!!
  10. Nice ride!!! Lot of equipment in it as well!!
  11. thats a bad ass amp right there man, you should grab it if I were you Give us your goals, budget for amp and final ohm load you plan on using for starters and any more information to make this effective. budget is probly about 500 dollars right now. final ohm load is just 1 ohm i believe and i eventually will upgrade electrical if needed What kind of power do you have right now? What kind of wire do you currently have ran? we need to know this so that we can make sure that we dont recommend an amp that is 0 gauge when you only have 4 ran through the car. To have enough of an amp to push 2 ICONS he will probly need 1/0 power cable, and if he was to go with a deal on a Sundown 1500 he could run a 1/0 cable!
  12. Happy New Year!!! You guys need a little down time!!
  13. Couple great deals on SAZ1500's in the "For Sale" section...

Planning on a build with SA15's myself, will be tuned in to see how you put this together...
  18. I like that you are thinking out the layout of your wiring for the components in your setup. Looking foward to seeing it come together...
  19. Thanks...And about an hour and a half depending on traffic and how fast you drive. And it's not looking good for getting the amp in today. I just got back from the hospital and the doctor said not to do anything except for nothing really lol.
  20. It all seems to be shaping up nicely, and the voltage is waiting for some action!!
  21. Nice vids and great voltage!!
  22. I would have to agree with Jay-cee, and say to go with what fits your budget. My son choose the DTR's for his build and they have been good solid amps. He liked them because of the option of mounting them vertical and the price. My next build will be with a couple of Sundowns to give them a shot. Good Luck with your decision!!
