The best I can suggest is if you are in some what of a hurry, is to contact a designer on here like dc creation to do a design for you, it wont cost much. If you can wait, let say for a week, I can do a design for you as I am all booked up on time with work right now, if you decide,I would need: maximum dimensions. height? Width? Depth?

With the proper electrical, space and the bc 5500D amp, I would not go with the audiopipe sub, I would look into the 4 x 15" fi ssd in a properly designed ported enclosure. But that's just me, I dont know your goals. Giving more info on what you are trying to accomplish with a budget will get you better answers.

Don't need any special time for break in, just play it at normal volume and it would eventually break-in, just don't over power it, and make sure your amp gain is set correctly so you dont clip it.

Google torres box calculator and use it. Use between .5 - 75 as your net volume to determine your port area, port length and tuning. The is no problem if your port sticks out.

Will definitely look into this, shpping to Canada is a bish.
