In this case I would go with 1 15 sealed, either the icon or the fi q (high qts option).
You dont need any luck, the enthusiasm is there
Recommended enclosure volume before any displacement > 1 cu ft sealed 2 cu ft ported Box oversized, hence inadequate damping, thus driver is being pushed over mechanical limit with applied power.

If you are goning ot use those lugs(connector), then get the one that uses the Allen key to tight it (same as in the pic), as oppose to the ones that have the slot that uses the flat screw driver (no good).
Got those lugs free bee from work lol.... For anyone who wanna make it dont forget to counter bore the hole for the bolt that secure the lugs, so that the head would be a good way into the wood and not on the surface to create any short with the mounting surface if it's of metal.

Was helping a buddy of mine on his install, he forgot to order the fuse holder lol... I had some electrical lugs laying around so I decided to do a quick fab for him and thought I would share...
One of my ride is a 2000 passat, and if I was going in the direction you are heading I would choose 2 15" dcon, make the box to seal off trunk, with subs and port firing inside the cabin.
Yes I did took good care of it, played it for about 10 years then it was taken off and stored well....love the Hi and low input...
16 years ago, tested it today and it still work and sound good. This is all we had available back then (Pyramid amps and Pyle Driver Subs)....
