  1. here an idea, sell that amp then buy a sundown audio amp, either the sax-1200 D or or a saz-1500 D amp, choose to buy either the 15 Bl or Q , whichever one suit your goal make sure you get the dual 2 ohm, and if money is left you can add a few options on the sub, of coures it all depends on budget, work it out, if you have to save up a bit, do it right ! You cant go wrong with the above recommendation.
  2. fi q is another good option
  3. you should state your crossover and filter settings (head unit and amp) to give us a starting point to help ...
  4. use this tool by psp to determine port lenght for respective tuning >>>http://www.psp-inc.com/tools.html

you can run a dual 2 ohm fi bl off that amp at one ohm but you have to set the gain on the amp correctly not to over power or blow the sub. 2 ch amps are not really design for subwoofer and really does not have anything to do with how you wire up your sub for final load.. hope this helps..
  7. I think that R/F amp is rated 500w rms @ 2 ohms
  8. with what you have already and if you dont have any intention of upgrading in the future, I would go with the dcon 12 D4, set the gain on the amp properly to match the sub for some clean power and not to damage the sub..
  9. for louder and better bass responce, you would need an amp too...
  10. for an entry to intermediate level guy >>> jig saw (has it limitations, like difficulty cutting corners, odd shapes and contours) for some one who has higer skill level >>> angle grinder with a cut off wheel or any small rotary cutter ( as it requires good skills to cut and not get injured and also create a fire, but can cut odd shaped and various contours with an ease)
