just a temporary box untill i figure out how i wanna port it. with what frequency and sub and port orientation...baby steps..theres still lots more to do to this bad boy Don't discount the xcon in a sealed box. Xcon's sealed sound sweet! Trust me I know. future build will be with xcons sealed ))

buddy has a pair of polk 6.5db components and im running the polk 6.5mm components same setup style and its very hard to hear the difference. Mine get a little louder but not that noticeable. my 2cent on the subject about the price various performance aspect.

They can take 1500 easily.

Isnt that bad if you have 12volt batteries running anything that high? would you have to switch out batteries and run 14volts?

dont blow your fi bl's they can take power but the crescendo can also deal alot of power.
