it really depends if you get a 4, 2, or 1 ohm stable amp... then you wanna match the subs to the amp. lets say u get a 1 ohm stable amp (which most d class amps are 1 ohm stable) you can get 2, dual 1 ohm subs to get 1 ohm for the amp. this will help http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp

got some packages. 2 more d3100s and some new buss bars since i got more batts buss bars are .375" x 1.5" x 48" all 7 batts and buss bars: bought another set of dual terminals for the power and ground inputs: 6x 3/4" x 6ft thread rods for bracing(compared to 8g wire) nuts for the threaded rods: white paint for the wall: heres some top hats im gonna install for the struts... it lets the strut rod have more travel so it wont bottom out so easy: my little helper subs reconed all 4 ready for action:

What power do the m3a and m4a amps put out, I keep seeing different numbers? Didnt mean to thread jack Optimus. As far as i know the m4a does 5000+rms at 1ohm 12v and around 7k at 14.5v and have heard the m3a does 2200+ @ 1ohm on 12v and around 4k @ 14.5. sounds about right.
