Can you do the recone or have someone you know do it? That'll save a lot of money. Don't buy the Skar. I had the 15s before and they weren't that great.

Yea if the box isn't a rectangle or square divide it up into different shapes like rectangle and triangle if it's slanted. I'm not sure if having weird shaped boxes work but i'm no box expert. If it comes down to the space being a concern, ditch one and just do a single. A single 10 in the right box will outperform 2 10s in a shitty box.

Yea your right you will be happy either way but 4k to 6k you won't hear a difference in output. That's just my thought about it lol

I would get 3 diehard platinum g31s and see how voltage is. If its not where you want it then keep adding batteries until you are happy.

When I said same brand I meant comparing sundown amps or audioque or crescendo like comparing different amps from the same company. You won't need 5.5k on them. You won't here a difference between 4k and 5.5k. It's kind of a waste if you want to spend more money.

The zcon has the double stacked magnet. It's the gray things that go around the middle of the magnet. I forgot the icon does too but if u can get a pic of the cone, the icon is inverted while the zcon is not.
