Ryan, can you do me a favor, Trillian is messing up on me really bad and so many of my friends IM accounts are becoming "orphaned" (usually people who were signed on when my computer crashed or froze up. So when they sign back on it does not show up. So since you are one of them, can you just shoot me a test IM please so I can re-add you?

nice, I wish I could say that It is pretty sweet for me, even though I have dropped some mass, I am still cruising along at 208lbs. That is still a little much for a 5'9" frame, you would never know it by looking at me. I am learning that I have to further shift my workout schedule to even more endurance based. It have a hard time getting away from power.
