Of the ones listed, I have not played with the AQ, so I feel the one with the best mix of output and SQ is the Fi Q, if you have the power to push it.

Welcome to SSA, I too am an MB owner. You should start a new thread in the Fi section about the possible sub choice. But I feel I should state that if you keep your same amp, the Q might be the better choice, that way you can keep top end SQ and gain output.
