I just replied to your PM. Much of what I respond to in our emails was answered in the above posts. I would love to speak to who ever thought we were a bad site to order from, if you want to forward them my way, I would love to talk to them. There is nothing to sweat, as soon as the X-series are complete, we will update your order status ASAP. Tons of phone calls rain in all day long and we cannot catch them all. That is why we say on the voice mail, email us if we are unable to pick up the first time you call as I always answer the mountain of emails that are flowing in constantly. Tried to call your office yesterday as Aaron said and then tried today, is there a different customer service number then the 443-348-1537 that I have to call??? Sucks no sub no bass only separates. Mark called and no answer, left a message.

Still trying to call with phone to do what office asked always busy guess only one line. Day 2 still trying to call. Mark was out of the office at SBN for over a week, so the calls are flooding in all day long. I am answering every email question. I am trying another computer. The one I had the keys stick and has been a pain just to type, guess there is no way to credit the amount I paid to my SSA account and then have a invoice balance so i can apply this credit to purchase and then pay the 69 dollar balance. When doing accounting I do not like to send any credit card info in a email. If I ask the bank to send a check it would take even longer. I will try again later. I know I tried this morning, and yesterday, morning, noon and evening, will do the same today. I guess your on the road. I don't know, I am trying really hard to understand what is being said in the now 52 and counting emails and 41 (and still rooling in as I type this) FB mesasges. Many of them overlapping from one location to the next, others duplicates after the questions were already answered. The prior record for one order in terms of emails/contact was 11. So many of the emails are so jumbled, it just reads like a conversation of multiple thoughts all coming out at once. After a large number of emails, it was settled on the Xcon 15 was the best solution for his needs, power and space available. The Xcon 15 was ordered. Then a flurry of emails about maybe an 18" model, then I think back to the 15", then to an 18" again, then the listening needs or habits were described differently, then suggested Zcon 15 to in order to have more woofer for more abuse tolerance as I am still unclear as to what truely are the goals. Now I think we are on Zcon 15 enclosure design?

Wow. I apoligized for the stocking mix up, offered a quick soluition, and when rejected we refunded your order instantly. But thank you for the nasty post and changing my email wording to make us look bad. Oh, don't forget you're asking to have SSA reward points given back to you as cash. Again, I am sorry there was a stocking mistake, but we tried to instantly correct it and refunded you right away when asked. BUT I WILL NOT sit here and have someone change what I said to hurt my business. You can run and tell your friends that you got great customer service despite the stocking issue. You were not wronged, it was a simple mistake on communication between us and XS Power. We apologized, tried to correct the issue instantly, sumbitted refund asap, and this is how you act. I will gladly warm other vendors of you if I need to.

Pulling my hair out. I found out there was a mistake with the time keeping and I have some use or lose buy the 31st. Awesome news, only to find out I cannot take any time off to catch up on SSA or seriuosly needed rest due to two project deadlines that overlapped. This shit .....

This would be great, if I had the spare money and space, to get for Arthur for his first car in 8 years from now.
