  1. A sleeve, but only the back of my arm, its unseen from the front even with a short sleeve on.
  2. Become a bit of a stock junkie as of late. I spend nothing on myself, and this is pretty much the one way I can while making back some dividends.
  3. Fun build, thanks for posting pictures.
  4. Glad you are getting back into car audio. I don't have the Le handy for the SSA Evil 65's, sorry about that. I can work on getting it from the factory. Should be a great build and look forward to a build log. Sorry to hear about the software issue with the miniDSP.
  5. All emails caught up, all voicemails received caught up. But we spoke via forum PM.
  6. These amps are on the SSA Tax Season sale.
  7. Ten years later, this still stands. Any reviews you guys have from your experience with the products we carry will be a nice help. I am tempted to do a barter system, reviews in trade for a little SSA Store credit.
  8. Another super late game, another last minute heart breaking loss. I can't complain much as never had a chance to shoot and was playing injured as usual.
  9. Jared designed my arm piece.
  10. Good choice, and thank you guys for all the SSA love in this thread.
  11. He has 8 ohms, which we still have plenty in stock.
  12. Yes, very limited segment, but it is very effective.
  13. You're #SSAFamily whether you like it or not, your work is on my right arm forever. But yes, always happy to hear about the longevity of the Icon's.
  14. Nick Morgan @NDMstang65 occasionally speaks south west VA to me, and I miss a few words on random occasion. Tennessee is a different language outside of Nashville (massive outside money flowing into Nashville, causing a construction boom). I did work on the road for a couple of years. Got a few "y'all ain't from 'round here are y'all?" when coming through the panhandle of Florida for example, or the Pennsylvania questions where they are worded as statements, but go up in pitch at the end, so it is very confusing as to if they are asking you something or telling you something. With a mother that is a doctorate in English, I was trained to have very formal and proper speech patterns and pronunciation, but from time to time a little bit slips, especially when not 100% sober. There is some Chicago, some Seattle, some Boston relatives on my mothers side, and I have not had enough contact with them to be effected.
  15. Thank you, I don't speak deep south fluently, mostly fighting to keep the NY/NJ/Philly out of my speech patterns and enunciation.
  16. Yes, the steady flow and the #SSAFamily (i've tagged it haha) keeps this forum going. Keep in mind, SSA is the only place that has a real store (in NY), a real online store, a massive forum (17 years old now), an actual brand, a FB page, twitter, IG etc. No one else has the all encompassing approach we do that I know of.
  17. CAF is almost dead. Kind of sad as it was one of the originals.
  18. I remember on the original Car Audio Resources (which we also own and I would like to get going again), in 2002 it was a big deal to have 5,000 posts. Haha.
