Im leaning towards the dc5k and I do plan on getting another matching amp down the road just for that reason...I just need something before midwest spl finals...so dc 5k it is unless something esle pops up bigger In my price range thanks

So I'm been on the web looking at different types of 5k amps that are linkable amps, so I can upgrade my current amp set up...I'm looking for a amp out of these new or used- dd m4a, sundown audio 4500, crescendo bc5500, dc audio 5k, ampere audio 5000.1. It has to be able to do around 3800-4000 wire down to 1.3ohms. Running 3-18s DSS ethos box is in the works.... Electrical is dual alts stock will run the truck, mid, and highs the singer 270amp will run only for the battery bank. 4 juice box blackcherry battery back, two runs of 1/0 wielding wire. ( would like more batts if space would allow) ( playing music daily and burbs on comps) I'm not looking for a father and son conversation here just wanting to know which amp would be better suited for my set up that's all thanks for reading.

If you new like me every time I go to a event I learn something new so it takes time to lrean your set up...1st comp I score a 141.1 on music same everything, 2nd comp 147.7 same set up just strapped my amps and moved a couple seats around plus open the driver door, now this comp I lrean how since I change my box placement and deaden my hatch the my peak went up but I score a 148.0...so it takes time to lrean your setup.

Find your peak and test test test....my Tahoe peaks at 43 but yours would be different...

. So someone did not like what I wrote because I was wondering how much a recone is wow...my sub are fine just wanted to know that's all.

Went to another Midwestspl event and change to nationals instead of local my main class will be basic 4...but I will do other classes for fun like today I was in extreme 3 place 2nd 135.7 out side the passenger window and place 2nd in basic 4 148.0 on the dash sealed...I gain some dbs....150 here I come
