  1. id just find one of those you like and go from thier. You would have to switch the port to the side tho, so it would be sub up port back. or someone here could make you a design im sure. I would get 6x5 and make an adapter for whatever you plan on doing.
  2. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=king+cab+audio+builds doesn't look like you got any responses on CA either could be the lack of detail as in what subs, amp, goals wtf is a king cab ect ect

  5. what kind of airline? suspension? On my truck must of it has a rubber hose fitted around it. Except the smaller pink and white hoses, which break just as bad. But yea just buy some hose to fit snuggly over it, so even if it leaks it will flow through the hose.

  8. Man that really makes you thing about society differences lol they make all of these things and bulk sell to us, when citizens there probably could buy all of these things for dirt cheap, but i suppose feel no desire to.
  9. This thread on SMD was pretty interesting. Pretty much guy buys a no name sub that is the same as another name brand sub for 3x less, then other poster sheds some light on how much imported subs really cost and how most of the money is marketing. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/152076-vvme-12-ebay-mystery-subs-12000-for-2/page__st__180 http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/325679659/car_subwoofer.html

  16. if your chasing Dbeeez it matters. If you just want some bass it doesn't matter and will probably be negligible, since we cant distinguish between Dbz once they get to a certain loudness 120db i think. The higher the db the more you need to notice a difference. In a car i doubt you will notice in an suv the waves may bounce around differently and sound different.
  17. as i read johns post it made me think of fuses.. I have like 1 fuse block and dont know if fusing is required for all runs or not, might want to look into that.
  18. You know what i didn't hear anyones setup the entire weekend yall were here. Except flavius, smh. I think the ugly guy wt the ponytail that couldn't get into the club wt his tennis shoes on was the only one to hear mine wt 1 blown sub b4 the cops busted a spotlight in my car. But ANYWAYS next time we all get together i'll be ready.
  19. picked these up yesterday i dont even know if they are going to fit lol. I have 265/17s on my truck now these are 315/70's Ive read online they will fit, but i might have to make some adjustments.

  21. With the new year i know the gym is about to be packed with a slew of people trying to get back into the gym. Its a good thing, but the key is to stay motivated and not lose track of your goals. I've far surpassed my expectations in the gym and find it hard to focus these days and wonder what is the point. But i still drag myself in after an 8hr day and find friends ive met along the way to boost me through whatever i may be doing that day. So for all the rejuvenated gym goers heres a list of things that may help you stay on track. 1.Friends or network of people you frequent at the gym 2.Music 3.Some sort of tracking -if you run i would suggest the Iphone nike+ app(Music and tracking) -working out get a free membership and bodybuilding.com where you can enter all of your statistics and they graph the change over time. --The saying goals anything that can be measured can be improved. 4.Set big goals and break them down into attainable pieces. Have fun and remember that what took years to put on wont take weeks to come off, but what you work hard to attain wont easily be discarded.

    pmureika what ??
  23. is how i feel trying to re-engineer this box lol. I got that it was like 6.xx cubes. which is big enough. I guess when it comes to the port, lets assume the person who built it knew what they were talking about. How does it sound to you would be the biggest thing at this point. Is it not playing lows well enough, does the sub bottom out at high volume?(doubting) But the whole port thing comes down to what you want for the most part. 25hz-40hz range isn't going to damage the sub. The power you send the sub is going to make the difference.
  24. wt out the cover i got like 28hz??? http://reaudio.com/box.php just plug in your data to that and change the port. I got lost after the width said 32 then 35?? does the box look like ___/ ?
