Actually I think we can name the forum now since it has a new owner and Denim is now a member over there.
  2. Welcome .... Looking forward to your build progress! The ZCON would be a great choice!
  3. As Duran stated the spiders are very thin and seem to be the first thing to fail when they do fail. A great brand with a great product, but just not what I want in sound from a subwoofer. Imo they are very expensive for what you get. I would rather go with Fi, Incriminator, SSA or Sundown
  4. I got it on my Incriminator Death Row 18" and it pounds and sounds great! It is almost to the point of hurting lol. My local Sundown dealer says that it hurt and he has 4 DD 9515's and 8 M3 amplifiers and hovers around that 159 db range on music. So I took it as a compliment lol!
  5. Looking good! That SAX-1200D is a little power house.
  6. Hey man I got my 18" Incriminator Death Row up and running if you want to come over and hear it as soon as the snow melts!

Ummmm the watts are a reference to what the speakers can handle for power. If components then no, you do not want to lower the impedance due to the supplied passive crossover network. If they are coxials then you can wire them in parallel to your amp if the amp is stable to 1-2 ohms.
  8. Tuned in for this build! Great job on the baffle and rest of the install.
  9. Great job man! I love the attention to detail and the close up photos. Keep the pics coming and let us know how those mids sound!
  10. Welcome ....

Your wait will be well worth it! DCONS are some very underrated, great sounding sub woofers!
  12. Looks like PWK Design. He's infamous for designing enclosures similar to the drawings.
  13. Thanks man! It's been a slow process!
  14. Looks like it will be loud! That Crossfire is a beast! Btw I love your avatar! Like me some giggly
  15. Due to the large 4 spoke cast baskets on the SA-15" going to have some .5" clear lexan spacer rings made. My good friend has a Water Jet cutting buisness and is the right man to do the job for me. All it takes is a bottle of Gentleman Jack Bourbon!
  16. Looking good! Commercial remodeling can be a tedious task! Good luck in the future going at it solo!
  17. If it were me I would want a double baffle. Single baffle on any high power, heavy motor style woofer is a bad idea due to possible flex issues. Contact the Box Builders here on the forum for a qoute on a quality built enclosure.
  18. I can take the 1/0 HPM Clear off your hands! PM me your paypal info. If you get any Grey HPM 1/0 let me know. I am also looking for those colors in 4 gauge as well.
  19. Great man! Keep the pics coming! Enjoying the progress!
  20. Very nice build man! Keep up the great work!
  21. If that is him, it is getting shady and the pattern of changing names would be obvious. Wow! This guy is nothing but shady if it is him. Looks very similar to his other stores Subtilis Audio, 1800Woofers and now EasCoastAudio.

Cannot believe I missed this build! Great job on the the install. Everything looks great! Porting those Sony's should have made a big difference in output.
  23. Very nice progress! Great choice in equipment. Keep the pics coming!
  24. Dang those Groundpounders are some beefy amplifiers. To bad Maxxsonics had to ruin that by not making them anymore. No bass sux but that will give you a chance to really enjoy and tweak the front stage. Keep the pics coming!
