Why should ohm load matter? Dual 2 is a perfect combination as it can be wired to 1 ohm (which is where most mono blocks produce the bulk of their power). -
Looks like a Vortech Supercharger. I don't think any self respecting mustang owner would put a turbo on a V8. Overall, I like the understated look of it. Minimal exterior mods, but thought out (brakes and what not).

A budget, listening preference and space available are all places where you need to start first.

A smaller box will allow the woofers to handle a bit more power at the sacrifice of some lower sounding notes. Larger boxes are generally more efficient with the given power.

If you're using flared ports, each one needs to be 33.64" long.
Tunable sealed. Or, in their own category altogether.
Its the same motor brother.. just more cone area. You have the potential to get louder... but if you have to ask which will get louder, you'd be better off with the 12".

The SSD is a far better woofer than the SE. Especially when you start adding on the options Fi offers. The SE is also made in China (parts and assembly). Fi woofers are hand built in the USA. Quality control at its finest.
I believe Mark's box is right at the 20 cube spot for his 2 18's.
No one can tell you what will "hit" harder in your install. Stick with the recommended box size.
Not for the type of music he listens too. 1 12" BL in a ported box tuned to 34hz is what he'll want.
