Where can I get some SA-12s???
As mainstream subs go, the type r's are probably one of my favorite subs besides Mtx or the kicker comps. I know you will be extremely satisfied if you put the sa subs in a enclosure reccomended for them. The sundown products are top or the line woofers and amplifiers.

Back Seat Problem
oh ok but i was gone probaly enter a db drag this summer idk but alot of ppl i see with system 9 times out of 10 they have thier seats down and it makes a big difference Just take out the back seat when you go to a competition then. Its not that hard, shouldn't take over ten minutes. You pull up on the bottom part and it should pop right out, then there will be a few bolts holding the back part on. yea u right i could do that at comps, but i had wanted that air flow in general as a daily driver just didn't know if it would be too much of a difference with the kind of car i got. the judges may move him into another class if he removes his back seats, I think it counts as "modified"

15" xcon not good at upper bass??
The floor speakers are probably FULL RANGE, they are able to play low while still producing higher tones.

Making your own bass knob?

removable battery, best way to do it?
that actually sounds like a good plan to me. or you could get something like this My link and then switch the terminals out each time you want to take the battery out because it would go fuse block, battery, amp. any ways so all you would have to do is that.

stinger digital voltmeter
i wired mine to my HU for me the voltage difference was a little over a tenth of a volt between the front and the rear. so just test it out and see if it differs that much, no need to run a huge run of wire for no reason

need calcs for 2 btl 18s in a magnum
well you have to measure your maximum dimensions for us to have ANY idea. Also, any electrical upgrades, budget constraints?, amplifiers, etc. without any information we can't help you.

the driver allows you to tune lower, the box would be most important in this case. Yes, but in reference to what he's asking, it's not driver specific. yeah but you mentioned install and vehicle will determine everything which is of course false information. the box would be more important than any of those in terms of hittin lows. The enclosure is part of the install, no? nope. the enclosure is the enclosure. do you just install the box, no you design it and then build it. it would be part of an install if it was a premade box. And how is the box not part of the actual install ? Are you towing the box behind the vehicle ? You have some very skewed ideas.... so your saying nothing is specific....... everything that goes in is called an install. so it doesnt matter what sub, electrical, amp, box, tuning is all generalized by install because they are all being installed. lol Stealth, in general your opinion doesn't matter, at all. You've been consistently wrong on the MOST basic ideas. I think (and im not the only one) you need to stop being the know it all arseho (with indeed the wrong information) and listen for a change. The enclosure is part of the install, the peak frequency of your car changes everything, example; my box was tuned to 32hz i peaked at 38hz. simple You sir, are an idiot.
