I guess it's time to post up the build log since I'm almost done with the wall. The build? 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser 12^3 wall tuned to 40Hz 2 RE MT 18" D1's 2 RD Audio D9's @5ohm each 1 DD C5b 4 Channel 5 Deka G31's Mike SInger 240amp alt To much 1/0 to talk about. Started by re-running ALL wire to behind where the wall will be. Ran the 1/0 out the side panel all fancy like. Started preparing for the wall. Then, it started. Got sides and baffle layers glued together and assembled. After all that, I silicone and braced it up. Got that handled, it was time to seal it off. And that's were I sit as of tonight, 4/10/2012. Not doing to bad.

RF's new woofers are actually starting to improve ALOT.

I wouldn't do that. You'll run into some weird ass loading issues. How about switching to a bandpass style enclosure?

I hope the 125.4 isn't priced to high. I'd like to upgrade from my 100.4

my question is, if i dont buy that factory integration dash kit, and just use the regular one that comes with the radio from crutchfield, ive read that it will trigger the check engine light, and i cant have that, which is why i want to do it right by buying the integration kit, and i want a new radio, i hate the one that it comes with. Go to your local audio shop and ask what you need. I know the "proper" harness will cost at least $60. That's just the wiring harness.

Generally you will loose features like that when you switch to a new head unit. Best option if you must keep all that, is to keep the factory radio and use a badass Sound Processor such as a RF 3Sixty.2.

Seems pretty complicated man. Usually the key to loud, is KISS.

I think the issue here, is someone can't design or build a proper enclosure. Ask ANYONE who heard my ZCON's, got silly low and had 2x rated power on each. Never sounded like they were "stressing"

I love Mustang builds. Beautiful 5.0 BTW, amazing condition. And nice Saleen wing.

M3a is more like a 3,000w amp. lol. I'd say wait for the GCON's and 4 of those at 1ohm would be ok I think. Or, just get 3 ICON's lol.

A few things. I wouldn't do a box that large with higher power woofers, they don't like it to much. Biggest thing, your port area. I'd go WAY up with it, to about 16^2-20^2 of port per cube. I would do 7^3 of air space with 20^2 per cube tuned to about 38Hz since you will be on the lower end of RMS on big woofers. And the large port area will allow the woofer to still drop low, while maintaining high output.
