Least cost options are to try 3 new enclosures with your current 15" Xcon: infinite baffle which will give you more trunk room back, a smaller than optimal ported enclosure or a sealed enclosure. Just some ideas before buying new equipment.
Fuse rating is 180a, seen a dyno on youtube that produced 1773w or something like that. So somewhere in that ballpark. If it is rated at 1800watts, amplifiers arent 100% efficient so you wont see those numbers anyway. Most amps are rated at 14.4v so unless you can maintain perfect voltage while jamming, you wont see those numbers.

^^^^^ This. If you do get a monoblock amplifier for your subwoofer. Bridge your 4 channel amplifier to your front components and turn the gain down.
I might have to break down and try one, seems like a nice deal. Other units im looking at are the JL TWK88 or DD DSI-2
Love all the behind the scenes work and thinking that went into these subs. You guys never let us down by being informative about your products. Will the xcon and zcon have different names as well to keep this whole Evil theme going?
