I've developed quite a taste for Americanos from the local coffee shop, thankfully the one here at work sucks at making them so I don't buy them very often.

I am going to go and make one right now. A real grinder and one of these and you can have killer ones in your office.

Whoa. Way cool.

And they work REALLY well. The milk portion is a joke, but if its just for Americanos a hot pot, a real grinder, and a ton of charges and you are set.

You sure do a damn good job of spending my money

Pain in the ass at the same time...I like the instantly ready machine I have.

And you will need a serious grinder to make it work...

How's that for trying to save some of your dough?

Have you demo'd a Nespresso machine? Realistically they are much easier and more office friendly. Regularly cheap on ebay and you can buy the pods for not all that much dough. M can really fill you in on their price though.

Gym time.

2 liters of water and a liter and a half of tea with lemon, and I'm still thristy with a headache.

This day needs a do over.

Dehydrated. Half you body weight in ounces is what you should put down to get back up to speed. Even 50% more wouldn't hurt.

ie, 220lbs = 110oz ~ 1 gallon and that is a minimum for insuring hydration

I am usaully happy if I get 32 oz of water down a day. lol Between the coffee, milk and beer thats alot of liquid.

Refilled the water bottle again. I just got a coffee too. Foam is from 2% though. And their idea of 3 shots is not acceptable when I make them.

I'm probably dumping a lot of salt too. The drastic change in diet and exercise may have caught up. Asprin on hand just in case though. I really don't want to go home considering we are short and I took off tomorrow AM for interview #1.

I need to start going to moscow on the hill more. Talk to some fine young Rooskia's.

Purely for emersion.

I'm working though a lesson almost every other day now that I restarted the program. Before I could only get partway through lesson 2. Could go faster I'm sure but I like to cement this in before moving ahead.

Why I wait for the free over $100 sales and then BUY

They have that but I want to spend $50 not $100

Bummers, can always buy more and return it. Return shipping will be cheaper perhaps then the way to you. L:OL

Do you guys know of any super light shoes that can get wet, slip on, and have a "closed" toe. Basically I am looking for an alternative to Crocs.

If not, keep your eyes open for discount on Crocs. Preferably a stellar deal when you buy two pair

I HATE despise and loath crocs. I know you like 5 fingers. They make a really comfy slip on.

Birkenstock used to make waterproof closed toes like crocs. I don't know if they do now.

River shoe of some sort

I should also explain that their is dual purpose for the shoe.

1 pair for me is for a "camp" shoe when hiking (Just needs to be light) Crocs really offer descent protection for walking around

1 pair is is for the gf. She is working as a life-gaurd at a camp over the summer that requires closed toed shoes when off the stand. There is a lot of putting shoes on and taking them off. Hence Crocs are favorable because of their ease to wear and closed toe design

Can't even find one local. Have to wait till I go to Wichita or KC sometime.

I missed that post.

R2 if you are thinking of a grinderless machine the nespresso is the way to go IMHO. It slaughters the competition in coffee results. I got to deal with a kreug recently and I thought it was junk espresso.

I'm very tempted to bring my machine into work actually. It's absolutely perfect for the office or a smaller enviroment.
