He's been through shit at 3 or 4 different forums and each one has ended with him doing shady business. Some of it followed him here, and instead of owning up to his shit, he just dug the hole deeper until he absolutely HAD to beg for forgiveness and how he would be a model citizen from then on. Fair condition is such a loose term. Expect to pay at least $20K for something you can drive.
