The HOP isn't the same without Sean.

So I did the week without any dairy products and felt great. I ate a grilled cheese yesterday and it fucked me up last nite and this morning, SO looks like I am now lactose intolerant. Atleast now I know what was making me sick the last few months and why I couldn't sleep.
