I've got the turkey in the egg now. I'm getting ticked off though as I cannot get the temp up. I have no idea why I can't get this thing to stabilize at 350.

I'm more than a little ticked off. This weekend I'm going to tear it all down and scrub it. I took the turkey off and it started heating properly.

It got a nice smoke and Brown on it before putting it in the oven.
