Let's see, he's under the front end, with a sway bar bushing, applying grease, yup, he's fingering the tail pipe. What you missed is the final picture where he sniffs his finger after.

I do miss those tires. Their road roar made me feel like I was driving some monster or something. ;)

My bias-ply TSL Superswampers sing like a yeti on pavement. ;)

Quick, someone post Tom's Yeti picture!!!

With the windows down the exhaust drowns out the tire noise and windows up I can't hear the tires or exhaust

The borla did not bark until over 4k and on the highway under 75mph (IIRC), I was under 3500rpm at all times.

Thanks for the info, I'm going to lay down the piece as one instead of cutting it, and use a roller to smooth everything out. Going to try some cab-o-sil + resin after the last layer.

I think some pick it up quicker then others, but knowing all the tricks to the trade helps. :P

Pods look awesome, by the way.

Don't waste your time with a roller. Just buy ALOT of the 50 cent brushes(use once, and throw away) and a box of latex gloves. Lay the resin on thick, it will self level. The biggest trick is have everything ready before mixing resin. You see I have ref marks on my woven cloth so I can place it quick while resining. My only other trick is know my control points and not worrying about anything else. the 7 "P's" of building. Prior Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance. :)

I don't have doors/windows. :ughdunno: On the other hand the new flowmasters sound sweet and throaty, like music to the ears.

Jelly of Jared's doors!

These pods are for sale along with the set before them. These would work GREAT with a 10" pro audio driver, they just couldn't handle the sub freq's.

The other set is for a 6.5" or 6.75" and have flat backs so could be mounted in about any vehicle.

My girlfriends mom has a jeep with those on it. I drove it a lot these weekend to and from her Oma's house to go hunting. I now realize why Jeep people love driving them so much. it's like a big four wheeler and those tires seem to grip so well.

We had all terrains, and km2s, loved them.

Lower body feel like jello. I guess this machine does pretty well. I just hope the wife uses it as much as I will.
