finally got my 260 amp alt in, took over 5 hours to get in, was a total bitch. voltage sitting at 14.8 :)

it was quite frigid this morning.. volt meter was reading 15.6v cold :D sick, just went to O'riley's they tested my alt, put out aprox 130-140 amps... at IDLE! half of its output at idle.. sexy

your convincing me to put a DC alt in my car

i am going to make pods this spring located on the A pillars also...i was thinking of just fiberlassing, using bondo...does you know how that would work?
