36inch from wheel well to wheel well

33inch from opening to lid

and yes 18 is the max height i can fit in there. i had to mod it b/c it went from 18 to 16.5inch so i had to use a hammer to fix that. my trunk tappers or did!

ok both designs require more space.. i'll look more into this later.

crap~! do you think i coudl get a copy of your idea's? so i can play with it some? lol a copy of an idea lol!! maybe jsut a quick sketch? on paint or somehting?

well guys i have ruled out the wall idea and i want to go with something like this.

but i DON'T know how to do the port. slotted or aero. also can someone help me out with the port pretty please!!

and each sub is about 0.1 displacement and the sub OD is 15.75

yes, subs fire on both sides of the car, the box is slightly shrunk to allow more airflow around the box.

Well, i dont have time to draw the aeroport design right now because the box specs would be different but if u are interested in building the design, PM me for specs and other information.

the only thing that has me a little worried about this box is will it eat up my entire trunk and if so i am going to have to find a new place to put my amps and batteries
