I would go with 3 D2's in your case so you can wire to 1.34 ohms.

Quick Question

i got 3 of these beefy things

i am making a sealed enclosure

i can get 1 cu ft before displacement

or with alot of ingenuity i can get 1.3 cu ft before displacement ( be more work not sure if it is needed)

didnt know what the actually size was for sealed

thanks and cant wait to fire these bad boys up with the 1200d

I cashed in just in time then... Mine just arrived today, and may I say Jacob, they look tasty! Although, instead of eating these I think I'll put them in my car...

It IS a surprise selling my 15 and then getting these little monsters out of the box. I took one look at them and thought they were midbasses until I saw the magnet!

I plan on running one SA-8 off of a SAX-100.2 Does anyone know if the amp will handle a bridged 2 ohm load?

Dont bridge the amp to 2 ohms since it is not recommended to do so or even stated in the manual, run an amp at what it is supposed to be ran at.

just wanted to say my sa-8 been working great. i got a new 4" port sounds so much better then the 3" aero i got mine on 600-700 watts at 2 ohm this sub will take some extra watts with no problems. this sub is great its my first small system great SQ with these all the notes are very clean and loud. nice job jacob on the sa-8s
