It is here ! Some comparisons to the SAZ-2000D model below.

CIMG3534.JPG

* Sitting Next to SAZ-2000D Model (2500D to the right)

CIMG3536.JPG

* Another angle - you can see the 2500D is only about 1" bigger (2500D on top)

CIMG3537.JPG

* SAZ-2000D Transformer : ~59.5mm

CIMG3538.JPG

* SAZ-2500D Transformer : ~64.5mm -- hard to tell in the photo but this adds a good bit of size overall to the unit

CIMG3539.JPG

* SAZ-2000D Output Inductor : ~47.5mm

CIMG3540.JPG

* SAZ-2500D Output Inductor : ~53.9mm -- significantly larger as the output section is equal to the old 3000D

I'll be doing power testing as time allows and then some solid abuse testing.

Once all of this is complete we can start production and offer a pre-sale.

    Damn it makes me want to upgrade so bad, looking good Jacob. I like the extra work you do and show everything and how it makes the new different from the old instead of just saying it is a difference

Looks beefy! :popcorn: Man I love the way these amps look from the inside.

Looks great! Cannot wait to get one of these!

Glad you guys like it ! I hope to get some power testing done today if I have time. We have been super busy... my e-mails are going crazy too (way behind on them).

Looking good, tuned in for your testing.

:werd_msword:

amazing product right there...

this is very good timing for me,i will defiantly be tunned in to test results as I'm putting together a rebuild.been looking forward to given a sundown amp a try,wasn't sure the saz 2000 was enough power and thought the 3500 might be a little much for my needs but a 2500 would fit the bill just fine i think.

Also agree with the Amp Sexiness Inside and Out!!!

Approx. pre-sale price?? you know i cant pass up a sundown pre-sale. i already got a buyer for my 1500d i think.

Beefy looking amp. Im happy I can finally take advantage of a Sundown presale!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also looking forward to the replacement for the 50.4. Mark me down for that presale too. lol

I did a little testing yesterday... got rated power at 11.3v / 0.95 actual load.

I blew up two of my bench supplies last week so only had one running + my 4 year old Wal-Mart deep cycles so it doesn't hold voltage the greatest right now

Need to get it in a car.
