Posted May 8, 201015 yr EDIT -2.2 cubes net tuned to 34hz with one 4" PVC pipes with rounded 90 degree angle turn. This will be right up behind the back seats of a 2000 mustang and will have a carpeted wall flush with the box. The baffle angle is 25 degrees. Powered by a AP15001D. More to come soon.
May 8, 201015 yr I read wall build two 10"s and was like wtf? But now I see MustangDeff tuned in to see this in and running.
May 8, 201015 yr Author The last owner of the mustang had a nitrous kit and so the back seat is gone and there is a mount for the nitrous bottle and that's it. This is the reason for the wall. It makes it look a lot better.
May 9, 201015 yr Author There is still room for two more bottles. But more picturesI found a smoother 4" elbow so I used that instead and it came out to the exact length I need. I used tape, just in case he wanted to change tuning.
May 14, 201015 yr Author everything is installed. just needs a fuse holder in the trunk near the amp. Also, for some reason either his wiring or whatever, the amp didn't turn on. His deck had three blue wires so I have no idea. I gotta get a DMM tomorrow and check the wires. A bad note - I was about 10 degrees off so we had to push the box up a little into the cabin and then carpet the whole rear seat for it to look more smooth. Damn angle finders. I was going to do two tone, gray and black but we went with just black. He really liked how it turned out anyways.I'll get more pictures tomorrow and I'll get a video maybe. This will be a first of me hearing assassins as well as the owner.
May 14, 201015 yr Author Man, he took off after setting up his amp. I couldn't get a picture at all. I'll have to do it tomorrow.
