I would not suggest running at half ohm for your everday normal guy driving aorund banging constanly. its just not efficient....
November 4, 201014 yr Author running @ .5 has its advantages and some major disadvantages, good thing u get more power.... bad things, shortens the life of the amp, VOIDS warranty, amp will run hotter, and as you go down ohm wise you lose a little bit of sq each time you drop down.... choice is your of course but if your not competing OR have a good knowledge of the product your using i highly advise against it
