Posted November 15, 201014 yr Im getting a new system soon and i was trying to decided between the dc level 4 and the hdc3, i heard a couple saying that the Xl's are more comparable to AQ's, and i also heard many saying the dc's sound a lot better. My question is which will hit the lows better and sound better?
November 15, 201014 yr AQ subs are made for fart boxes. If that is your thing go for it, otherwise run like hell.

You don't have to get the sub "fully loaded" talk with them about what you're planning to do and they can tell you what you should need to get, if any of the options. That's what makes them custom. If they were meant to be sold fully loaded to each and every person they wouldn't give you the options.
November 15, 201014 yr The DC Subs are just old FI designs which were sold by the owner of PSI to the owner of DC
