front baffle will be 2x3/4 inch mdf

That's a funky camera angle there on the first pic!

I can almost bet it's more likely to fall apart the way it is now. Ever seen a screw split MDF when it isn't predrilled?

USE less screws.

I bet you it's not as strong as it was with just tite bond.

even if u dont have clamps, resting the subs on the 2 baffles would have sufficed.

Screws and clamps go hand in hand.

Use one or the other, not both equally.

Also, clamps only are the way to go if you have enough.

USE less screws.

just a guess but i think that "a" is the alphasonic logo?

It is an Alphasonik amp, look at his signature all his amps are alphasonik. I always wanted to try out there amps.

they are actually quite nice amps never get hot. traded a five channel for my Mag v3 i had.

its an alpasonik pma 600 by the way, im running it a 2ohms.

looks good but waaaay too many screws , actually weakens the box , half as many wud do nicely
