Nice job on the wiring. It's not easy to make that many cables look clean.

Do you have any suspension upgrades for the rear? That's a lot of weight in batteries for sure.

had eibach springs, KYB adjustable shocks, and subframe connectors when I got it. Had to take the connectors off. Car is so low in the rear they scraped everything.

I'm ordering drag bags in the 1st.

Lookin good!

Oh my Jesus God!!

I laughed out loud at Sean saying this, I can so see his face ans easily hear him saying something along these lines when looking at the inputs...lol

Good stuff.

Looks good bro.

I am dead in the water still , lol

dead in the water, how?

Really dude?

I so wrote the whole dam scenario, and then deleted the dam thing accidently before I got it posted....

Ain't doing it again....

In no way does this convey any directed or indirect discontent or depletion of goals to anyone, for any reason. It was a light hearted, lol post that you are choosing to manipulate in an unfair manner, obviously publicly. I appoligized that you made a bad choice for taking action unrequsted and "went off" on anyone, I also contacted him and apologized....but in no way, can this or my other te,t can be mis construed to suggest you need to take any aggravated action....I contacted you, because it was your deal, your arrangements, and only asked for advice...stating I was not mad....largely due to watching you showing a constant need of delicate approach or you get bent out of shape...I knew my number would be a matter of time....

I apologized to you in text a couple of times, also to him, and now on here, for your bad desicion....if this post, set u in action, thinking it was me demanding my recones....you obviously don't have much time to follow others build logs as they do yours....my stay stagnate by nature, always has, just a guy in the hood anxious to glue some zcons together...I used my build money on a few family related issues that deemed more important, or I would of had my amp and baffle...

That is off topic....

In no way did I ask or persuade you to go off, that was your choice...this qouted post, cannot be used to deem your choice needed or demanded.

Sorry this is going this direction, even more sorry to know I stand no chance or have control of where it will end up.

All I asked is how it was dead in the water. Even posted it here before I text you. Was a valid question. Wasn't airing anything out.

whatchu talkin bout Willis.

Hey Steve, i was readin back about when Julian was talkin about air ride shockwaves.

Find a local air suspension shop in your area and tell them you want Slam Bags put on your car, just for the rear because of the weight.

That is what i have on my car. They are the most durable AND one the cheapest air solutions out there. They are also sold practically EVERYWHERE in storefronts.

Mine costs about $90 per Bag. They are rated at 2,500lbs per bag.

Specs are-

400PSI Maximum fill capacity. 750PSI Surge capacity.

I have about 2,600lbs of weight total in the back of my car and i still have not broke 100PSI yet and my ride height is VERY close to stock height.

I got them installed(they are a pure custom installation so welding is mandatory), lines ran, schrader valves installed all for $600.

You can use a portable maintenance air compressor(the ones with the flashlight on them) as they can handle up to ~110-120PSI safely and have a cutoff sensor on them that can be set manually. Portable compressors go for $40 or less. They just run off 12v cig socket.

No tank, no additional hardware period. Good thing is less places for a leak to pop up.

With this setup, the only areas a leak can form is under the schrader valve, inside the valve stem itself(unlikely), fitting between the line and bag, the line itself(if it were cut or ruptured), or the bag itself(defect, noticeable immediately or massive accident).

Home with a sick baby today and got bored. I ordered my rear airbag kit.

I hope the little guy starts feeling better.

What suspension did you end up going with?

thanks rick.

I grabbed a firestone kit. Just load bags that fit inside the rear coils.

I have a feeling you may end up getting actual bags in the end. I have a coil kit like the one you picked up and I even dropped down with the bags maxed out. And I only had 500ish pounds of equipment.

I have been looking at doing something like shizzon suggested. If you go the schraeder method its actually pretty cheap to air bag it. And if you look around I'm sure you could find brackets that wont require welding.
