July 18, 201213 yr Author WHHHHHHAAAAA after how you defended that amp to the ends of the earth!!!>>the DC amps are great steve loves them. the abs are knows to be beast too .hehe ya i know....i was thinking about getting a 2nd SD16K... but i cant wire them at .5 ohms each...safely that is.... and dont feel like paying for 4 recones lol...ive been reading the DC 9K and the AB1100.1 have the same board.... and i can find the AB amp for cheaper so ill go with those...plus i read the AB1100.1 is a Tank and i dont feel like going through the troubles when the SD amp blows lol....Cus soundigital sucks. If not, I'd go for bearing vs bushing fan and not a China fan. Have not had very much luck out of them and the CFM rated is very exaggerated. Congrats on the new amp!

July 26, 201213 yr Author No updates as of yet...Decided id show you guys what i was into before car audio...Heres when i bought the car at 15.after about 2 years i blew that motor... shot a rod out the front of the block...so got another motor for cheap..sadly after about 2 years i spun a bearing in that motor...decided it was time to build up a motor.... the block turned out fine just the crank, bearing, and rod got messed up.... found a good stock crank for cheap... bought acl race bearings... eagle rods...srp pistons...arp headstuds...endyn oil pump...the only part that wasnt built up was the head....we got the head rebuilt with stock parts so it was pretty much new....also decided to put a turbo on... garrett T3 .42/48...little guy lolSwitched out turbos...went with a Holset HX35...and this is where its at now... switched manifolds cause this one is much sexier loland yes all the work was done myself....with the help of my dad and his friend letting me use his auto shop...right now im having issues with the radiator... it was a cheap one i bought off ebay...it doesnt like boost very much it overheats fairly quick....seen a nice mishimoto radiator built for boost so im gonna try that one out... maybe try a new shroud and fan as well... Im thinkin bout selling the white civic and gettin a explorer to wall with 4 18s... But ive done so much work to that white civic idk if I can part with it lol
October 1, 201212 yr Author hit 160 or GTFOMe and julian keep talkin bout switchin up the front baffle to a driver side port so really considering that to see if that helps
