RESULTS:

starting voltage 14.8v

voltage drop 12.7v

wired to .5ohm rising to 1.39ohm @ 45hz

rail voltage 97.3vac

amperage 70amp

total output = 6811w

i keep finding, this in refrance to the DD

7,600w @ 14.4 volts

9,000w @ 16 volts

and i talked to 1 person that said he clamped it .. he said 6600 watts @ [email protected] volts starting ohm load at was .67ohms.

DD amp is a amp that will appreciate. The NS-1 will not.

I believe the Z will also do more power, and run .25ohm more stably then the NS-1.

why only 3 dekas?

I voted Sundown because of the customer service, but I would seriously look at the new Crossfire amp. It would outperform both amps listed and I hear they have incredible customer service too.

I vote sundown. I've seen those dd amps in action. At low impedance they are very sensitive to low voltage situations. I haven't seen the sundown NS-1 in action, but I did see how your 4500 performed, and itfthat's any indicator of how the NS-1 will perform, I'd stick with the sundown.

they put up a 160 with the truck off, so 12 volts at the ellis reed show. i was shocked.

but with there only being 50 made there are not many details and test results.

why only 3 dekas?

thats what i have as of now.. i plan to add 1 more.. but thats pretty much it.
