December 8, 20177 yr I'm not much of a Chrysler fan anymore. Even more when i seen the robots they are using as of late. Just don't trust them. I'm a little biased on my manufacturing equipment though. Everything is built to a specification so I guess they would be fine.

Hmm, I'm going to be doing an 8-12 lb next weekend. Need to be ready by 11am Saturday. Also want to do ribs. Think I'm gong to do ribs the day before then grill them when I pull off the butt.

I would do them 85% of the way the day before and then an hour before service throw them on top of the pork butt to heat slowly, then when you pull the butt and ribs off get the egg ripping and burn off the membrane and grill them a bit.

December 10, 20177 yr And the Audi is a fucking blast in the snow on these Potenzas! It doesn't stop for shit, but it's great to drift!
December 10, 20177 yr I think I need to go see Carol and have her beat up my psoas again..... Damn siren of the hips. I really need to learn how to do this stretch alone.

December 10, 20177 yr I feel like a real bitch trying to "relearn " my stride. Firing my glutes on every step, lower abs are on fire....

Remove 4 bolts on the exhaust, 2 engine mount bolts, 2 power steering pump bolts, and 2 AC compressor bolts, disconnect 2 main wiring bulkheads, 1 fuel line and lift it out. It literally can be done in a couple hours, then again on install.

I realize there isn't that much more, but it sure seems like a lot more when you haven't done it yet. Either way, nice work
