My X18 dual 2 ohm sub came in today and i ordered a hifonics zeus 1800w rms amp a couple days ago for a temporary amp. Im planning on getting a sundown amp later on. Im going to start on my box when it gets a little warmer out. Im going to be posting pictures of the build over the next few months. To start off, heres my sub. Hope you guys enjoy

February 1, 201411 yr Author Im almost finished with the box. I just have to double baffle it, cut the hole, and paint it. Heres some pics Also, full credit to Bassink for designing the box.
February 2, 201411 yr Author Made some good progress today. I double baffled it, cut the hole, and filled in all of the screw holes. Im going to be covering the box with some fabric soon. heres some pics.
February 2, 201411 yr Author You built it different then what the cut sheet said lol yeah I know lol I already cut the wood to 35 inches for the x15 box so I had to figure out how to get the inside dimensions the same with the wood I had.

February 3, 201411 yr Eesh, gotta say when I first saw the surround roll on the X series I was a little put off, thought it looked goofy. And now every time I see one I want to fill a Suburban with them. I love that basket too, I'm not sure I could decide to mount ass out or conventional.

February 14, 201411 yr Author Here's a little update. The box is almost done, just touching up a few things. Il post a pic soon. I'm hopefully ordering the next set of things soon which are: 175a high output alternator, a xs power battery, a 500w hifonics zeus amp for door speakers, rockford fosgate front door speakers, and some wire for the big 3. I'm going to install it when it gets a little warmer out.
