Resetting an Amp

Can someone tell me how you reset a Sundown SAE-1000W amp?

What do you mean by reset? There are no electronics onboard that would require any type of resetting feature. Do you mean gain setting?

No it says in the manual that if the protection light comes on then i should check the speaker wires and then if it does not work then i should take the speaker wire out and reset the amp

Unplug it from the power supply is what I think that means.
