Just wondering where everybody gets theirs. And can I get it on my ipod? Like on multiple excursion videos people have the lady saying "32 cycles" or whatever.

How much would two Havoc 12s run me? And what would the best amp for my money be if i do end up getting them?

I have a 4 channel amp (Alpine PDX 4.150) I have a component set with passive crossovers. I have a dual 4 ohm 8" sub. Channel 1 on the Left Front Channel 2 on the Right Front Channel 3 on one of the 2 4 ohm voice coils on the sub Channel 4 on the other 4ohm voice coil I thought the amp would bridge down to 2 ohms but it does not so can I power each of the 4ohm voice coils off one channel of the amp? Thoughts? The Hammer

im peeling off my old deadner ED v1 i know most of u frown upon this but it did provide some deadning but some pieces have kinda slid off not much but were they fell off jammed my lock to my door so hence the total removal... just wondering if u guys know any nice products to clean up my door n get rid of the residue oh and any input on new deadner would be great im looking in to bquiet and ramatt? not sure if i spelled it right thnx

I am new to this forum and I am in need of some input. My goal is an somewhat simple SQ focused system and I feel like I have a good start with the equipment that I have but I would like to know if I am missing anything or I'd there is anything I could add to it that would help me reach my goal. Currently I have 2 Fi Q12s fully loaded built with high quality for sealed enclosures. I will be getting 07+ Silverado crew cab. What would have the most "SQL"/SPL? "SQL" comes before SPL. I have thought about 4 sundown sa-8s. Any other suggestions? Still not sure if I will be able to fit the Q12s in the truck. Spending no more than $1000 on speakers. Will be keeping my Brutus brz2400 to push out 2400 watts at 1 ohm

OK, Well I have tried a few things and nothing worked. But first I will tell you my situation. I have a 92 Ford Ranger xlt and a FI BL 15 in THIS Box with a Pyle Audio 2200 amp. My problem is that When the box and sub are in the cab of my truck and the head unit is off or on it doesn't matter. I receive a very loud buzzing sound when I turn the key on. Alright well iv decided to get a 15"ssd with a soundstream rub1600. I need power wire... and should i get a capacitor?... i have all stock electrical. But i ordered a volt meter to watch and make sure my voltage dosnt go to low... but i am thinking a 5 cuft box with pvc ports... tuned to like 35hz... or lower... not sure yet. Possibly square interchangable ports.. its going in a tundra access cab.. any ideas? I have a sheet of like 3/8" plastic for a window in the box. Possible leds in the box... not sure yet but def a window. So any crazy ideas to make this build original? Im 18 but pretty skilled with a saw and router.. let me know.

I have a o9 dodge charger and i want to do two 15 inch icon subs,ansd a single saz 1500 or audioque 1200,would i be able to do the big3 and change battery to a kinetic and be fine on my electrical upgrade?

I don't know what happened!! I had sound one day and then the next day,I didn't. I have tried playing the radio and a CD and neither works. I have the stock amp and the stock radio and I had my local BMW dealer put a 6 CD changer in the trunk. I have posted this question on another website and nobody there helped!! Any help would be appreciated!!

Alright, today i went out to my Jeep Cherokee to upgrade my big3. The battery ground was simple, then i was about to do the battery to alt. Problem, there are 2 wires going out of the alt. and both go into the same loom(i think thats what they are called). Then I just start to look for the chasis ground point and i can not find it at all. So I am stuck, I am about to just say screw it. I know there are 1 or 2 guys on here who have a Jeep Cherokee, if they could help me out here, or if anyone has done work on Jeep Cherokee's to help me out. Thanks.

What kind of wood is good to build boxes out of other than MDF.

i have 2 skar 12's and a alpine m500 wired to 4ohms(changing amp soon) and it sounds like theres a sound coming from the sub that is not supposed to. it sounds like a high pitched rattle noise and im almost sure its not my car rattling because it will make that sound when the music is not very loud and the subs are only getting 150 watts each. i will make a vid tomorrow but does anyone think they know what this sound is? if you need any more info let me know

I'm clueless on whats making the loud humming sound from my 6x9's p.s. The ground looks fine as far as i can tell but get this.. also (Trunk Open = No Noise)

So i know its nothing compared to most of you, but it's not the average system at my highschool. I did almost all of it but build the box myself This is what I got, i will post pictures tomorrow. Alpine Digital Media Receiver 1x Ascendant Audio 18" Chaos 1x JL Audio Slash 1000/1v2 1 4 Gauge Run Stinger Next comes the component speakers and such, but it sure does slam in my durango. The headunit i just put in today, and it really makes a difference with my door speakers, as well as the control i have over the sub now. Can't believe i ever chose to keep the stock head unit in. kevin
