I ordered two shirts from Derrick. (sundown audio, purple) almost 3 weeks ago. I paid with a usps money order i have the receipt. i mailed it on a friday (nov. 11th) derrick and i emailed, he said he can have the shirt to me within 3 days receiving payment.. that was the last email i received from him which was almost 2 weeks ago. i havent received my shirts yet and i emailed him to ask if hes received my money order and he hasnt emailed me back. i understand it was just thanksgiving and black friday but i just would like to know whats going on and if my money was received and if im getting my shirts. has anyone else had trouble ordering shirts?

Well here goes.... I have the option to either buy a 1993 s10 extcab or an astrovan. Kinda stuck on what to get. Now I have built both before for a couple guys in the area but this ones mine. Either way its going to get LOUD. Just want some ideas on which one?

Will they run on a 16 volt setup? I know that there would be no warranty but have to ask.

I always assumed that the 1000d had 3 - 30 amp fuses like alot of other Zenon 1000d's , but the web page says 3-25's , is this a type o, or does it have 3 - 25amp fuses

I know there not out but do you think 4 of the sa-8 could get louder than two 12"inch woofers.Both would be running off saz 2000?Its just hard to believe 8s can get that loud,but man that would be badass.how big would a box half to be for 6 ofthem ported?

I have a SAE 1200d and i'm wondering if it is strappable ? If it is , would it require anything other than another amp ? Also what would the power rating be at 4 ohms ? Thanks in advance for any help .

this will be my first time using nightshades but i have used the amps for a while now... i currently run 2 1500 on a BTL 15... the amps are very efficient on my stock 140 amp alt, thats why i getting two more and running the shades as well. the question is that if i get 5 dekas 1 upfront 4 back... how big of an alt to get to go with em... i will be running close to 1600 watts on highs with 8 selenium 8s and a few beyma or selenium tweets... also for my box... should i go all four back w/ port back or four foward w/ port shooting to the side...(really wanna 4th order done but...) what will be louder for a trunk car older gm model 70s-80s? if done right... 150s on music sho…

what is everyone getting on a saz 1500 output voltage wise ?? i did my set up with a 60 hz tone crossover set at 80hz..speakers NOT connected.. i set it at 39 voltz...output AC sounds good but not very loud at all.. maybe i am doing something wrong ?? i know they can get louder .... help..

Hi guys I was wondering, does this sub have only one type/version that you (Sundown) sell, or are their options for the sub itself that can be upgrade, changed etc. ?? I know the Fi BTL has loaded options and things like that. Also other subs can be ordered with copper or aluminum coils. But is there only one type made in an 18" size that is sold without less/added features ?

real stand up guy. awesome price, 600 bux... cant beat it. would 2 strapped at 2 ohm do damage to Hdc3 15 much? really excited. good things come to those who wait because i was gonna spend over 800+ on another brand, but these are what i really wanted to cop. appreciate that Rob E! Like the title says, I'm mainly curious about the SAX100.2, but also the 100.4. When can we expect availability?

i just got me a nice pair of twins! i tested them in my vehicle while at the store, (no RCAs and speakers connected, used my relay) and they 'restarted' like normal.. (which further hints that there was a problem with the 3000D..) anyway, i can't wait to get these connected.. and i just can't stop staring at them..

So, I got my second 1000D in today. I took it straight to the truck. Hooked it up, I had them ran strapped at 2 ohm. The woofers are D2's, which were ran in parallel in the box then ran in series out side the box, bringing the total to 2 ohm. I only use the left side of the speaker connectors next to the 8awg. It worked fine, sounded good, was loud and voltage was fine. I THEN, tried to re-wire the subs. I wired them in series in the box, so each woofer went up to 4ohm, I then ran each one to the amps. I thought that it would end up bringing the ohm load to 2 ohm, so each amp would see 1ohm. When ran like this, they weren't as loud and voltage DROPPED. Horribly I wired …

Hey, I have a 12" sundown nightshade that needs a recone. I'm just wanting to know I someone can fill me in on how much it could cost. I would also like to know how much it could bbe if I wanted to recone it to a 15 if possible. Thanks guys

hi all can i use the remote gain on my 100.4 to attenuate MY MIDS off channel 3 and 4 ? reason i ask is because i was looking at other remote gains and saw that frequency was a factor in how those work so i just want to be sure

The ssa store lists the sa-12 requiring 1week build time, so if I order 2 in the next couple weeks I won't have to wait a few months for them? Only reason I ask is I saw several other sundown resellers showing them out of stock and what not. Thanks

I finally got this box built and a chance to test this speaker out. It is replacing 2 15" polkmomo drivers on a crunch amp. The box is roughly the same size as the other but this one lets the seat lock into the up position. It is about 3.25 ft3 at 35hz. There is no bracing or 45's in the corners. Its facing up right now as I find a place for the amp(s). But it sounds better forward. I know its a little ghetto but Ive just recently started building my own stuff. As you can see it is hooked up to the SAX125.2. It is bridged at 4 ohm so its only about 450 watts. Gain up halfway and it still rocks. This driver sounds very nice. Ok I was planning on strapping 2 saz 1500's to get around 3k watts out of the two. Around this time I was planning on using a full loaded Fi btl 18; but now I've decided I want to run a TC sounds LMS 5400 18. This is the probably being that the lms 5400 is a dual 2 sub which mean .5 ohm which is a NO NO for 2 saz 1500 strapped. Idk what to do. I've considered running 1 amp per VC but I know that if I don't have my setting right for both amps I could really mess some shit up lol. Should I just run 1 per VC or should I sell the amps and buy the Saz 3000? I know the easiest choice would be sell them for the 3k but I would rather run 2 amps then 1 amp. SHIT! lol

with my 2000d + 2 12xcon setup. is it possible in the future to strap an amp with less power to the xcons. for example can i strap and saz2000d and a saz1000 together? or do they have to be the same?

which amp would be the best match for a JL 13W7? SAZ-1000? I can run it at .75 ohm or 3 ohm. thanks.

Hey Guys. It has been a while since I posted on here. I finally have both of my Sundown Nightshade 15's and new enclosure in and we did some vids of the Kia in action. As soon as my buddy gets them downloaded, I will post them on here for you guys. All I can say is that everybody was impressed with how this thing hammers on only 4,000 watts. The flex is just crazy and it has no problem at all playing in the 20 hz range. I hope to have them posted by tomorrow sometime.

I think I already know the answer to this question, but I have to ask just to be 100% sure. Does the SAX 100.4 have balanced differential input? I got a new car, and I don't want to mess with the factory HU - which outputs balanced differential. So, I need an amp that can handle this, or build/buy a converter. I have a SAX 100.4, so if this won't work, what brands DO accept this type of input? So far, I've found the JL Audio and Rockford both have amps with this input. Any others? Anyone have any luck interfacing with the HU on a 1st gen Acura TSX?

Those subs were beating hard. 1st round totally sealed 2nd round driver's door open For those that don't know Bass Boxing consists of three rounds playing music for 30 seconds each time. 1st round sealed, 2nd round driver's door open, 3rd round both front door's open. Then average the three scores.
