My SAX-125.2 has completely stopped working. I took a look at it today and it just stalls into protect. Inspected the inside and nothing is blown, however I found 1 fuse blown and replaced it with the same amp rating (20amp) and it is still in the protection loop. The amp was fine until aprox a week ago it would randomly turn off for a second then pop on. There was also a very high pitched sound coming from presumably the amp. any ideas?

Here it is! Super small little amp Without mounting feet included the new amps are sized as follows : SAZ-1500D: 8.30” x 2.32” x 16.53” SAX-125.4: 8.30” x 2.32” x 11.02” Factory tested power as follows @ 1 % : 138x4 at 4 203x4 at 2 438x2 at 4 I'll be pretty busy for at least a few days but I will get my testing as soon as possible. On to the photos with the 1500D v.3 and the 100.4D revision : * Hard to tell but there are small holes in the board on the right for the fan on the opposite side of the board to breathe. * 1500D v.3 and the 125.4 together * WOW * 99% of the crossovers... only lacking the 12/24dB slop switch. Fixed at 24 dB now.

Yep... you read that correctly. Big bad boy 200x4 Class A/B amps with full SAX-100.4D style crossovers. Stable to 1 ohm mono / 2 ohms bridged... can power a whole system. These things are MASSIVE... I know the trend is for small amps but I like big amps, and so do alot of people still These are not made for typical daily installs... they are made for BIG builds! * It is actually larger than an SAZ-3500D. * Another shot vs. SAZ-3500D ----- Before anyone asks... there is no ETA, I don't know when I'm going to open a pre-order, and pricing is not 100% set. I do expect pricing to be about like the SAZ-2000D, though... give or take.

As much as I love the beast that is the 200.4 it's our lowest selling model. We are teaming up with WoofersEtc.com to get this closed out -- keep your eye on their site for them to be added at a special price. I am saving one for my personal car as it's an awesome amp -- so if you wanted one get in touch with WoofersEtc.com soon

I am discontinuing the SAX-50.4 and the Sundown Z15 Woofer. Paypal me at [email protected] to order. The SAX-50.4 close-out is also available at any authorized dealer -- the Z15 close-out is only available from me directly. ---------- SAX-50.4 -- $200 shipped in continental 48 states I will still include a 2-year warranty on these. Most customers shopping for an amp at this power level are more concerned about $ to watt and less about crossover flexibility. So we are closing out the 50.4 and will be developing a less expensive model to replace it without as much crossover flexibility to offer more watts per dollar. ---------- Sundown Z15 D2 or D4 -- $250 shipped…

Creating a new and separate thread to clear the clutter. We still have a fair amount available ! ---------- Paypal me at [email protected] to order or talk to your favorite dealer. Make no mistake... the 50.4 is deceptively powerful as it produces over 60 watts per channel…

hi, i am going to be getting Polk Audio MM6501 speakers in a week. and i am wondering what roughly would an sax100.2 do at 3 ohms? i want to assume around 150rms since the rms doubles going from 4 ohms to 2 ohms. but wanted to ask just to be sure. thanks.

Just wondering what the output would be on the SAX100.4 in 3 channel configuration on a 2 ohm load. Looking at powering a set of 2 ohm 6.5" comps and a DVC 4 ohm 12" sub. Thanks

Hey guys I just got my amp today its HUGE. Im running 2 sets of comps off this amp, Hertz HSK165 for the front and infinity kappa perfect 6.1 for the rear. I thought i hooked everything up properly but that was not the case. My balance and fader controls are wrong, when i adjust to left or right the front left and rear right work. I dont know whther the speaker wires themselves are wrong, or if iinstalled the rca wrong. There are no markings on the rca just 2 red and 2 black so I dont know where they go. Secondly, I need help setting the adjustments. I want this amp to be stritcly for mids and highs since I have 2 subs. I set it to HPF for both switches on the amp…

What would cause and amp to automatically pop all 3 fuses when the ground and power and hooked on. Like as soon as the power is put on the fuses blow. I just took the amp out of my car. It was working wonderfully. Put it in a friends truck today and this is the problem we are having. Please advise. thanks

I am using a SAX100.4 to power my ID OEM mids and Focal tweeters. Channels 1 and 2 go to the tweets and 3 and 4 go to the mids. They are being crossed over in my Alpine CDA-9887. SO my question is what signal will be present at the 100.4's RCA outputs? Does the amp sum all the signals together so I will have a full range output there or does it just use the inputs from channels 1 and 2 or something? I want to run some rear fill in my Acura MDX and I was thinkin about picking up a SAX100.2 but I dont know how to get a full range signal to it because my deck only has 3 preouts. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

First off, I hooked up the power wire and ground wrong. Power wire in the ground slot, ground in power slot (yeah i fail hardcore). I had the speakers wires hooked up and the RCAs, and remote wire. Not sure if this caused the problem, but definitely a good possiblity i believe There's a hiss coming from my speakers when i have the volume all the way down, and i can faintly hear distortion when the speakers are playing. I regrounded the HU (a 9887), checked the ground on the amp, they're fine. I switched RCAs and the hiss/distortion was still there. I had some cheap RCAs that have a 1/8" jack on the other side, so i took those and hooked them up and hooked my Ipod dire…

I have an SAX50.4 bridged to a dual 4ohm sub. Tuesday at the end of my 3 hour commute the amp shut off. I thought I fried the speaker but 10 min after the amp shut off, it worked again. I had already stopped when I turned the stereo on again and the amp was hot to the touch. This is the same thing that happened with another small amp that I had but it was 2 channel bridged. Except it shut off after about 30-45 min. I have an SAX125.2 running two 6x9s right next to the 50.4 and it hasnt ever shut off since Ive had it. Doesnt get hot either. They are both screwed to a seperate piece of 3/4 mdf behind the back seat agaisnt the side of the box. Ive also had 2 other amps in t…
