Well since I always see so much talk about new sundown products, figured I might as well throw out the possibility of full-range coax and or component speakers. I would def. be more interested in the component speakers, especially if individual drivers designed for active or custom built passive x-overs.

New Warranty policy stipulations effective as of 10-2-2008 within the USA: 1) If your amplifier has a blown power supply or damage from excessive vibration there will be a charge for a warranty replacement within the 2-year policy: * SAZ-1500D and smaller amplifiers (or any future model under 2000 watts) - $30 in the continental USA (AK and HI add $15) * SAZ-2000D and SAZ-3000D (or any future model 2000 - 3000 watts) - $50 in the continental USA (AK and HI add $20) 2) If there is no obvious sign of either of the above the warranty replacement within the 2-year policy will remain a free replacement. 3) For either free replacement or flat-rate charge replacement the amplifi…

  7. I'm working my way through building my system and I'm starting to think I might not want to go with the 2 Kinetik HC2400's I was originally going to put in the trunk due to space restrictions. I have a Kinetik HC1800 under the hood, DCPowerinc 250a alt with 14.6/15.6 switchable MLA installed. I need enough juice to power 3 SAX-100.4D amps at 4ohms and 1 SAZ-3000D at 1ohm. So, keeping the power under the hood the same, would it be ok instead of 2 HC2400's in the trunk to go with the smaller HC600's (maybe 4 or 6 of them)? I could easily fit those anywhere and still have some cargo area left over.

Hey guys I have some fast questions to ask!! 1. Lets say I used 8 gauge from amp to sub box terminals, then 2-12gauge runs from terminals to subs(yes 2 subs)? What I want to do is run 8awg from the amp to the terminals then from there 2 runs of 12gauge, 1 run per sub. I think this will work b/c 8awg can support 75amps and 12gauge can support 40amps (since 2 runs40x2=80amps) since there is 2 runs which will be hooked in parellel and in parellel we know current divides up I should be okay? but wait in parrel each run will see the same voltage of... o well input is needed here lol! the currnet which the 8gauge will see will be a peak of 50amps. I ask b/c i have a ton of 1…

Hey guys, We are back-logged for a bit on woofer building here. The Z v.2 shipment landed last week and we have been SLAMMED ever since. We also sold the last stack of BM 10s to a customer and have been working to get those out to him. So... expect a bit longer lead time to get a sub if you order one we have to build. I plan to work late this week to catch up as fast as possible.

ok, so i've got a saz1500d, i'm going to get a chevy impala 00-04, i gave the gf the type r 12"s i originally had in my lincoln towncar, i'm thinking single 15" for the next set-up so i can give it the box space it needs. would a single nightshade 15" w/1500 rms in an optimal vented and tuned enclosure put me in the mid to high 140's?
