Just wanted to write a quick thanks to SSA here...preordered a Sundown SA-8 a few weeks ago...Got an e-mail confirming the order and payment was made almost immediately. Received my sub today. LOVE it so far! Main thing I have to say is your communication during the sale is TREMENDOUS...got the confirmation e-mail, a status order letting me know you were waiting on Sundown to get them, and then a status update saying they were shipped including the tracking number! Great service guys, and I'm already trying to talk a few friends into trying some of the SSA subs now! Thanks, Mick S.

If I pre-order a 3000D, how long will it take to ship once August rolls around. And are we talking beginning, mid, or end of August? Just trying to get an idea if I should go with 2 x 1500's or 1 x 3000. I have the patience to wait, but there is a sale on the 1500's atm that makes them just $29 cheaper. I bought an amp off of ssa's website and got a tracking number and my question is where do i plug the number in to see where it is? I couldn't find it in the store section.

Trying to place my order for a D3400 and toolmaker 4-1/0 terminals. The battery let's me add to cart. But I didn't see an option for the terminals. Just "add to wish list". Am I missing something?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this. But I bought an XS Battery not too long ago and havent used it at all, its just been sitting in the box and I was hoping to either return it or even better exchange it and put forward extra money for a bigger XS battery. Am I able to do this?

Its been a few days since I was told my woofer I ordered wasnt going to be in stock, Order #917Somebody asked me if I'd like to change it and I said yes and told them what I wanted but no response, I think thats not okay to not recieve a response for that long. i placed my order, got a tracking number but when i clicked the tracking to see when it would get here i get this message "The sender has voided the UPS tracking number created for this shipment. UPS does not have possession of this shipment." and then the next day i get an email saying the sender canceled the shipping
