I am going to use a memphis 16 PRD 1000.1 amp to power a Fi Q12, I really want this sytem to sound nice so how would this amp work? If there are any better for the same price range please let me know. thanks C memphis Prd 1000.1

I plan on upgrading my battery (kinetik 1400) I want something a little bit bigger, enough to power about 1200watts rms easy. I am on a budget and see that the shuriken batteries are a little bit cheaper than optima, kinetik, and xs power. For you shuriken users, are they good batteries? ive read reviews saying they are awesome and just as good but if so why isnt everyone buying shurikens? It just sounds too good to be true. I am looking at a shuriken sk-bt1000 it's 100AH and 2250 crank amps and $225 way cheaper than the other batteries at same numbers. my alternator has 110 amps and i have a sundown saz2000d and getting the xcon...yah.. gonna get a beefier bat in the front and a decent size in the rear. how many amps u guys putting out on your alternator and how many watts u pushin out of your amplifier?

I have a DC power H.O. alt and big 3 done with a kinetik hc1400 up front and a hc600 right next to amp with 4 awg connecting to my SAX-1200d and yeah my voltage is fine MOST of the time but it seems like on CERTAIN random songs with a perfect note my voltage still gets awfully close to 12v occasionally.. whats up guys? long time no talk! anyways im looking to start back into car audio. first things first... alternator. my stock alternator is 110amp factory with 2 regular car batteries up front (because its a diesel for those who dont know) so my question is, if i keep my stock 110amp alt, 2 regular batteries up fornt and say 1 c&d 75ah battery in back with the big 3 done and all 0 gauge wiring, how many watts do you all think i could run safely? im running a audiopipe 1000 right now on my 2 sa8v2s and i have no light dimming or anything. whats yalls thoughts on this? im about to do my big 3 in 4 gauge this week, but I'm wondering if I should just sack up and do my amp power/ground + big three in 1/0 gauge instead, for 600w rms.. would i notice any difference or would i just be wasting my money?
