I need some new battery terminals for the optima red top under the hood. I currently have some nice tsunami terminals. They have 2 0 gauge inputs and 2 8gauhe inputs. Id like terminals with 3 or 4 0 gauge inputs and 2 8 gauge inputs. Can some hook me up? Help is much appreciated Fellas!

I'll be needing some RCA to run from my HU to my amp. I have some that I got from parts express, but they seem pretty cheaply made.

Hey guys I want to make a thread and in this thread I want compare different brands of 1/0 wiring. I want to show off each wires flexibility vs other brands and also strands and what not. What I plan to do is to buy say 5ft of 1/0 from different supplies and then do a comparison. so far i want to buy the 2 brands by KNU the koluss and CCA also 1/0 from www. welding-supplies.com and some 1/0 from kicker. What I need to know is if there are other brands that ppl like to use like street wiring or ... let me know and we will go from there! thanks and I hope everyone enjoy the thread I make. Kenneth

I guess the title should be schock sensor but the one i have no has an integrated one. I'm getting ready to put in a PYTHON881XP in the next couple weeks... my alarm I have in right now is a directed automate am5... i have it ziptied to my steering column(I know its a no no)... so where do you guys mount yours?

Ok, first off to get started i have a 15" Fi SSD flatwind option, US Amps XT2000D (1000rms x 1ohm), and a pioneer headunit thats 2.2volts. i have my bass on my headunit all the way lowest it can go, and the bass boost on my amp (hookd up to remote) all the way up, then i have my subwoofer level on my HU +2 (-4 thru +4). right now my gain is about halway on my amp, is that an appropriate spot to put it or can i put it higher. i just got my sub 2 days ago so should i keep my gain low for a few weeks or so to break it in then put my gain to about 3/4.

I am adding a second battery and a bigger amp. I need about 25 feet of 1/0 wire. My question is whats the best place to get it from? Also, I see people not liking KnuKonceptz wire. What is up with that? Is it really not worth the $1.75 a foot they want? Is it better to buy from a welding supply company for about $2 a foot? I know these probably sound dumb, but I've only dealt with 4 gauge in the past, which you can get anywhere. Thanx guys

So, i had my meter mounted on the left side of the pocket below the HU using velcro. well, that was late last year (cool weather), and now... Hot Weather = the glue/tape on the back of the Velcro melting. so, heres a few pics of my dash. there is nowhere to mount it that i can see. you can see where the trim piece around the pocket is a separate piecs. i have to take that off when i need to get to my HU. so i cant mount it there. ANY opinions wanted. thanks!

after seeing some reviews on the audiopipes i was thinking about buying one to see what it really can do. but i wont buy from a dealer that don't have a decent warrenty or a authorized dealer. i saw some rickies electronics or something... the 30001d they said it was 15inches long... i keep getting these "dealers" with false information.

I recently bought a kinetik hc2000 from amazon.com, price wasnt too bad at all.. now im looking and there out of stock for a while, dont know when they will have more. shipping is estimated at 1-2 months,.. i cant wait that long lol.. Is there anywhere else you guys know of to purchase these battery's at a good price?

I just picked up an amp off a buddy of mine, and 2 of the allen head screws to tighten down the speaker wires are stripped. Was just wondering if any of you knew where to pick those up at individually? I'd rather get phillips head screws to replace them so I don't have to hunt down an allen set everytime I need to adjust something. Thanks

Where can I find a Soundigital micro amp for sale? I feel handicapped, all the pages are in a different language, and I can't seen to find a vendor. I'm looking for a two or a four channel small enough to mount in my dash. Wanted a zed micro, but it's a little more than I want to spend at the moment. I've got an old MTX Terminator high current amp but its missing the 5 pin connector for the speaker wire. Any idea where I can find one of those? Ebay doesnt seem to have any. The board was made by PPI but I'm not sure if the ppi 5 pin will work with this amp. heres a side view of the amp from ampguts.

ive got a Diablo Audio Hellfire 8000.1 it has a blown power supply. where can i get it repaired? Db-r does not do them, already checked. i know of amp medics, any others? and what happened to them? their website is gone, and i cant find them anywhere.

I am going to be running a Pioneer 80prs with front and rear RCA output for my front stage. I am going to have two amplifiers for my front stage. How do I go about my lack of RCA signal ? I know I can use a processor but is there another way to go about it and not be poor quality? Thanks for any help

finally got my wires ran and amp hooked up now all i need to do is find somewhere to put the crossovers for my component set. there really isnt any room behind the door panel, would they be ok behind the kick panel (guess this is what its called)? there is just barely enough room for them but they fit. this is where im thinking Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I currently have a stock alt thats 70amps... but im putting in a 1300rms amp and a 70rms 2channel... i was wondering if i could get a cheap alt so i wouldnt have to worry about my voltage. I have all stock electrical, and stock battery no big 3... big 3 is going to happen very soon. But after that id like to upgrade alt... how much would this cost me for a 06 tundra. V8 4.7L

Hey guys, I'm currently running the 80prs, but I want to upgrade. I still can't get over how Pioneer could build such an excellent functioning HU, with such a shitty display! Which double din fully active HU would you recommend? I really don't know where to begin. I definitely want my SiriusXM back, and GPS would be nice. I would like to keep this under $800, if possible Thanks in advance! Jason

My brother has a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer (4.2L) and he was having problem with his factory head unit. He took it out thinking it was like other units where you can just make a simple swap and have a new head unit. It was a Delco/Bose unit and his Trailblazer has on star. I was told that you would need a different adapter (GMAH24B adapter) if you had onstar. Am needing to know which adapter does he need to buy to get his stereo working again? Or is there a way to bypass that stuff to get the stereo back on like you can do with the pioneer DVD head unit.

Ok so I have saved my jack and Im ready to buy an alt but wondering which one. I will be buying from mechman and want to know what u guys think. My system will include the SAZ-4500d, SAX-100.4, and maybe the SAX-50.4. Matt has a 200 amp (125 idle) alt BNIB by powermaster for 225 plus ship or a 250 amp rhino series (150 idle) BNIB for 299. I cant remember if the ship is included or not but the latter is part of his July sale. My budget tells me to get the 200 but I know I SHOULD get the 250 rhino. I need to buy this by the end of this week because I wont likely find these prices anytime soon anywhere else. Whatcha think fellas?

ok so heres the deal just hooked up my system the other day and turns out i got nasty volt drop from 14.3 to 12 with my amp setting on a little less then half no bass boost head unit at 3/4 so heres the question what brand alternator do you run, amps on it? price you payed for it.? Ive been looking around and i have mechman alt. dc power georgia power and irragie alt im shooting for 270 amps.. would be appreciated thanks in advance

I'm shopping for a h/o alt for my truck. It's a 2003 Ford f-150 triton V-8 4.6L. I have a ZX1500.1 at 2 ohms and a SX400.2 at 4 ohms per channel. a duralast gold 850 cca under hood 0 gauge big 3 upgrade My ZX1500.1 keeps going into protect mode from the voltage drops.
